Me and Lay yen :)
There's our senior Cheng Yao next to me. (Yeap, he 'interupted' kate and me halfway) :D
Group photo! (Teachers, committee members and crew.)
Since it's now the holidays and there's nothing for me to do, mummy pestered me to quickly get a job instead of to waste the time away. (Yah, all mothers are the same -.-) Initially I tried to ask my RECRUIT consultant if there were any one-month job available. She said that the pay would be $6 per hour at most, since there weren't many companies which would employ people for such a short period. My most recent job (which was during last year and it was also my FIRST office job) had a pay of $6.50 per hour. My consultant haven't even call me back for 1 week already, so I'll just give up on that. ($6/hour? Don't expect me to get paid less than $6.50. $6 is already considered little for a job in the office luh.)
I got called for an audition so I went to the hairdresser's for my hair treatment and cut. (It was killing 2 birds with a stone: my hair was getting quite messy and I wanted to look nice in the audition :D)
I stayed at the hairdresser's longer than I had expected so had no choice but to take a cab to the audition. It was so ridiculous that I even had to queue after so many people at the White Sands taxi stand. (I'm already in a hurry and you still want me to QUEUE and WAIT for a taxi to come?!) So, I made a decision in a second and took the train to Simei station first, then flag down a cab when I get off the train.
I knew that there WAS a shuttle bus to my destination from Simei station, but where was I to find the time to wait for the bus to come?! My poor $4 went to the DELIGHTED taxi uncle. Upon entering the place, he made a comment something about the place looking like a ZOO xD
It was drizzling so I didn't snap any pictures of the zoo-like place. Haha. Only took some pictures when I reached home.
Boo! My trimmed fringe. Did this scare you? (I look so white in this picture -.-)
I so LOVE my hair colour here! (Mind you, it's a natural colour for those who didn't know.)
Ta-dah! Enough of me for now...
Tomorrow's our class chalet-cum-bbq. I'm so excited that we finally have one after sooo long! But till now, I've yet to get any replies from a few, especially our DEAR chairman AA.
Too bad I can't stay overnight cos I have relatives from Hong Kong coming over to my house. It'll be bad if I don't show up for the guests on the day of their arrival huh? But be rest assured, I'll be back in the morning! :D
I'm sooo looking forward to the Mahjong session at night :)
